Short Term Property Finance

Short term property finance can be of use in many circumstances. The idea of this form of financing is to enable the investor to take control of a property which may not fit into long term lenders lending criteria.

By buying the property on short term funding the investor can then take the steps necessary to enable more favorable long term funding. This may be work carried out on the property or that you have to hold the property for a certain period of time until long term finance can be arranged.

Examples of short term funding we can consider are;

  • Closed Bridging
  • Short term deposit finance
  • Open bridging
  • Structured property contracts between buyers and sellers.

"These facilities can be arranged through either NDI’s private funds or by traditional bank finance."
